Terms of Service
1. Subject
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between "Колагенов Протеин" ООД (Kolagenov Protein Ltd.), a company registered in Bulgaria under UIC (ЕИК) 207824602, registered office and address of management: Graf Ignatiev Street, 8000 Burgas, Bulgaria. Contact e-mail: hello@protocol.bg (hereinafter "the Supplier", "we", "us") and the customers (hereinafter "Users", "you") of this online store operated at tryprotocol.eu (hereinafter "the Platform").

3. Characteristics of the Platform
The Platform is an e-commerce store through which Users may conclude contracts for the purchase and delivery of the goods offered by the Supplier. Through the Platform Users may: browse goods, their characteristics, prices and delivery terms; conclude contracts of sale and delivery; make payments in connection with those contracts; receive information about goods; and exercise their right of withdrawal where applicable.
4. Contract formation
The contract of sale is concluded on this website. By completing the required fields in the shopping cart and pressing the order button, the User declares that they are familiar with and accept these Terms. The Supplier confirms each order by e-mail. Users may correct input errors no later than submitting the order. Statements between the User and the Supplier may be made electronically.
5. Prices and payment
The essential characteristics of the goods are set out on each product page. All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. Delivery costs not included in the price are shown to the User at checkout before the contract is concluded. We may correct obvious errors and cancel orders affected by manifest pricing mistakes. Payment methods include card payment and cash on delivery, as offered at checkout.
6. Consumer provisions - right of withdrawal
Where the User is a consumer, the User has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. Details of how to exercise this right, its effects, and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Refund Policy.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery, nor to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Where the Supplier has failed to provide the information required by law, the withdrawal period may be extended in accordance with the Directive.
7. Delivery and performance
The delivery period is determined for each order at the time of purchase. Where no period is agreed, delivery will be made without undue delay and in any event within 30 days. If the Supplier cannot perform because the goods are unavailable, it will inform the User and refund sums paid. The User should inspect the goods on delivery and notify the Supplier without delay of any non-conformity, save for hidden defects.
8. Food-supplement disclaimer
The products sold are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before use.
9. Data protection
The Supplier processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, use and protect your data and how you can exercise your rights.
10. Amendments
These Terms may be amended by the Supplier, who will notify Users by appropriate means and publish the updated Terms on this website. Amendments take effect on publication, subject to your statutory rights.
11. Termination
These Terms and the contract terminate on liquidation or insolvency of a party, by mutual written agreement, or upon objective impossibility of performance. Concluded but unfulfilled contracts of sale remain in force and are subject to performance.
12. Liability
The Supplier is not liable in cases of force majeure, chance events, internet or technical problems, or orders of competent authorities. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Supplier's liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability under mandatory consumer-protection law.
13. Other terms
Any invalidity of a provision of these Terms shall not render the whole contract invalid. Matters not settled here are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of the consumer's habitual residence. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a special agreement between the Supplier and the User, the special agreement prevails.
