Order Processing & Shipping

After an order is successfully placed on this store, orders are processed within up to 2 working days (most often the same or the next working day).

During periods of high demand or temporary stock shortage, processing and/or delivery may be delayed. In such cases we will contact you by e-mail or phone to keep you informed.

We ship across the EU with express couriers. Delivery typically takes 1-5 working days depending on your country. Cash on delivery is available in supported countries - you pay when your order arrives.

The standard delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Any free-shipping thresholds that apply will also be displayed at checkout.

If we are unable to fulfil the contract because the ordered goods are unavailable, we will inform you and refund any sums you have paid.
